MINIMISE COSTS AND STOPPAGES WITH 3 SIMPLE STEPS
As we approach the end of another year and move into our warmer months where your compressed air equipment will need to operate in elevated ambient temperatures, AM Compressors advise that a quick check to your equipment prior to the regular service can eliminate service calls and unscheduled stoppages to your compressed air equipment, in doing so, minimise loss of production. We recommend 3 simple checks as listed below:
- Clean the pre filter mat on your compressor if there is one fitted.
- Check the oil level on the compressor when the compressor is stopped.
- Blow out the radiator on the air compressor and dryer.
On completion of the 3 simple checks, your compressor will operate more efficiently during the warmer months minimising the potential for unscheduled service calls.
